Government must put forward the money to stimulate enterprise and competition
in Northern Ireland, Lord Heseltine has claimed.
The Tory veteran, who invented the concept of an enterprise zone in the 1980s,
insisted everyone involved must “think bigger” if they “really wanted to get
the show on the road”.
Appearing before a Parliamentary investigation into the coalition’s plans to
rebalance the province’s economy, he argued regeneration of English cities
