BELFAST, Northern Ireland, April 23 (UPI) -- The Police Service of Northern Ireland warned Friday of a high risk of attacks on officers and said the public could be endangered as well.
Three men suspected of participating in dissident Republican groups were arrested Friday near the border with the Irish Republic, the Belfast Telegraph reported. Police released no details about the operation.
