I love to cook. I also have been spending a lot of the time when I am off the road in my garden. I plan on trying to survive for most of the summer on what it produces. One of those things will hopefully be beets. They are doing well so far. They are about four inches tall and already that deep red color that beets are known for. That color makes me happy. (more…)
