Gunmen kill 8 at bar in Mexico's murder capital

Ciudad Juarez – A group of suspected cartel hit men burst into a bar in this violent Mexican border city and gunned down eight people, four of them women, officials said.The shooting occurred Thursday night inside the Las Torres bar, located on a main avenue on Ciudad Juarez's southeast side, according to Arturo Sandoval, spokesman for the Chihuahua state Attorney General's Office.The preliminary report said gunmen used rifles in the attack, which also left two people wounded.
