Kings of Leon have postponed a planned March tour of Australia and South Africa so that drummer Nathan Followill can recover from a recent surgery on his arm, but the band has added three U.S. shows ahead of the band's headlining performance at Southern California's Coachella festival.
According to the Kings of Leon camp, Followill needs at least three months to recover from surgery to repair his torn right labium and bicep. The postponed dates will be rescheduled for October and November,
