Finalists, we hardly knew ye. After 10 years, American Idol finally cuts to the chase — or at least cuts quick, from 24 hopefuls down to just 10.
After two gender-divided performance nights on the Fox singing contest, voters will select only five boys and five girls. Then again, the Wild Card has returned -- a twist that gives the judges power to sneak another couple of contestants back in.
