1 of 3 men charged with branding swastika in man’s arm standing trial in New Mexico
FARMINGTON, N.M. — A New Mexico trial is scheduled to start Wednesday in Aztec for the first of three men charged with branding a Nazi symbol into a developmentally disabled Navajo man’s arm. Prosecutors charged 29-year-old William Hatch with first-degree felony kidnapping, felony conspiracy to commit kidnapping and aggravated battery causing great bodily harm.
