Sixteen top French pastry chefs compete for three intense days of mixing, piping and sculpting everything from delicate chocolates to gravity-defying sugar sculptures. This is the epic "Meilleurs Ouvriers de France" (Best Craftsman in France) competition, the ultimate recognition for a French pastry chef.
