Culinary Travels - Exploring Oz
They like to call Australia "Oz," and for me, it's a fitting title because traveling its wine regions is like following the yellow brick road. Here, we'll visit three regions and profile three awesome wineries. First, we tour the Hunter Valley, Australia's first wine area, and one of its first wineries, Lindemans.
