More than 1,000 mourners gathered today at the funeral of Jaime Zapata, the U.S. federal agent gunned down in Mexico a week ago.Among them at the events centre in Brownsville, Texas, was Victor Avila, Mr Zapata's colleague who survived the unprovoked attack on their armoured vehicle.
