Overseas demand, unrest could drive up gasoline prices in United States

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- People tracking gasoline prices say drivers could be paying $4 per gallon this year. You can blame it on high consumption overseas. China and India are growing and people in those countries will use a lot more gas this year.
