Gino Samy spends nearly $70 a week for his pack-a-daysmoking habit. Now that state lawmakers are considering raising cigarette taxes by a dollar, the Chicago resident thinks it s time to use the money he spends on smoking — roughly $3,650 a year — on a vacation instead.
